Our story began in 1999 as one of the first US-based call center firms established in the Philippines as Cyber City Teleservices (CCT). In 2009 CCT acquired a domestic call center Interactive Response Technologies (IRT). Following 14 years of operating experience in the US, Philippines, and South America with over 5,000 agents, CCT was acquired.  This acquisition led the original founders to establish NETCAST in 2011 and ACCC in 2015 to continue supporting the ongoing need for quality and cost-effective contact center services both domestically and abroad.
